Wedding Packages
Have an intimate private wedding on the yacht; The ceremony is performed by non denomination Minister. (for SA citizens and non Citizens) The package includes:
- Private use of Yacht with crew (3hrs),
- The Minister/Celebrant, (who will perform the ceremony on board the yacht)
- Professional Photographer & photo’s, (3 hr package 150-200 Digital photos on disc, incl. page on photographers web site and a gift presentation disc)
- Wedding flowers as follows: Corsage for Groom and Bouquet for bride, 2 x Hanging flower arrangements on boat and Ivy on rails) 4 rose petal cones. (Applies to standard in season flowers varieties: ie roses, Gerbera’s and other flowers available in season
- Lunch (seafood platter, sushi etc) , Wedding cake (solid chocolate wrap with flowers) choice of cake type
- Bubbly- (Four Bottles Morganhof Brut)
- Limited to a maximum of 12 persons (to include minister and photographer)
- Transfers by small boat for photographer and minister after ceremony etc
- Beauty Treatments for the bride as follows: Bridal makeup by professional Makeup Artist
- Bridal Hair (set only) Manicure and Pedicure (at salon)
A Stay on board for the evening: Private 3 course dinner on board with Gourmet Chef is an optional extra. standard 3 hour package (can be extended) Please inquire for rate:
Sunset Cruise (2.5 Hour Trip)
A wonderful way to end your day, a leisurely sail and for those who are keen you can take a turn at the helm Sail along the coastline or head out to sea and then return to the lagoon just before sunset where the crew anchor high up in the lagoon near the train bridge. Witness spectacular sunsets over Knysna.
Enjoy your two glasses of complimentary Sparkling wine (Cap Classique) and then the feast of Sushi, & delectable seafood platter consisting of Half shell Garlic White wine mussels, Butter flied crumbed Prawns with Sweet Chilly dipping sauce, Spring rolls with a dipping sauce & Feta stuffed Peppadew (sweet bell peppers) Served with fresh Baguette &whole-wheat bread with Humus and Peppadew dips
Vegetarians are catered for on request, we offer a Vegetarian platter or Mediteranean platter (with chicken) for clients with seafood allergies/ non seafood eaters.
NB: Please note that one glass of sparkling wine per person is complimentary and applies to the Sunset Cruise only (no other cruises), all additional glasses of champagne and other drinks are charged to your tab which is payable at the end of the trip (All other refreshments are available – at the cash bar) Vegetarians are catered for by request (Mediterranean platter)
Alternate catering is available for groups from 6 persons up & subject to quotation.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Charters
For the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner charters, we prefer to cater to guest’s tastes; however our basic menu is as follows: Please note that we need at least 1 days notice for the lunch & dinner charters. Meals are served on the return part of the trip, where the crew, drop anchor in the lagoon, where guests are welcome to plunge into the lagoon waters before lunch is served Lunch platters consist of “fruits de mer” Prawns, Half shell Garlic Mussels, smoked fish selection, salmon roulade, Game fish Kebabs (Seafood selection, cold pate’s etc & or Vegetarian Selection) . Excludes all Refreshments – Cash Bar available
Champagne Breakfast (3 Hour Trip departs from 8/9am)
Start with a two-hour sail in the lagoon, from 08.00. Then anchor for an hour whilst enjoying a lavish breakfast. Sparkling wine – Enjoy your two glasses of complimentary champagne (Cap Classique) & orange juice,
A Springtide Breakfast feast: fresh croissants, Danish pastries & bread, preserves, cheese platter, fruit platter, & cold meat platter.
Overnight Charter (from 3/4pm till 10am following day)
OPTION 1 Gourmet Dinner overnight
A perfect honeymoon or special occasion evening, The trip starts with the sunset cruise which is a 3 hour trip and includes the sunset planner and two complimentary glasses of Bubbly etc, -a Sail into the Sunset and out through the heads (weather & conditions permitting) once the sunset guests have disembarked the boat departs on its second leg of the journey for the evening, then anchors in the middle of the Knysna Lagoon, you are joined by the skipper and our private Gourmet chef, who will prepare and serve a sumptuous three course dinner for you in our well equipped galley, while the skipper serves drinks on deck under a magnificent canopy of stars….
We offer guests the entire yacht privately for the evening, (after the sunset cruise).
Spend the night in the cozy well appointed Master Cabin which is en-suite, wake up to a beautiful morning with a magnificent continental breakfast spread out on deck, fruit platter, cheese platter, cold meats and salmon, croissants, Danish and fresh continental breads. The boat returns to the harbor at 10am.

Option 2 Picnic under the Stars
Trip as above with 3 hour Sunset Cruise, Sushi, Seafood platter and two glasses of Bubbly, – a Sail into the Sunset and out through the heads (weather & conditions permitting) once the sunset guests have disembarked the boat departs on its second leg of the journey for the evening, then anchors in the middle of the Knysna Lagoon, Where a magnificent Gourmet picnic is laid out for you under the Canopy of Stars
You and your partner will experience a romantic dinner out in the stillness of the Lagoon.
Retire to the Master Cabin for the evening, and awake to a feast, with fresh Fruits, Croissants & Cheeses.
The Trip returns to the Harbor at 10am.

NB: DINNER MENU’S ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Groups – by prior arrangement we invite groups to use the Guest Lounge facility with Compliments of Peroni @ The Drydock restaurant at the Knysna Quays.
- While you wait enjoy a complimentary Peroni (1per voucher holder), please arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time. This service is exclusive to Spring Tide Charters
- As with all yachts, shoes may not be worn on board due to various reasons, mainly the fact that Gravel and stones are carried onto the yacht and get trodden into the deck and teak flooring causing damage to surfaces.
- A maximum of twelve persons and minimum of two persons may be booked onto any trip.

There are three double cabins, two toilets, as well as three showers (one on the aft deck). And please note that we provide life jackets as well as weatherproof garments and towels (for swimming) should it be necessary.
